This
program was first introduced in the 2000/2001 academic year to provide
the Palestinian
community with graduates who have the knowledge
and ability to teach physics at
schools and contribute in the management
of the various environmental problems.
The Applied Physics program consists
of 132 credit hours
leading to a B.Sc. degree. Graduates of this program can find
work opportunities as instructors, environmental lab
technicians, in addition to
working in recycling and pollution
projects. They can also work in ministries and
institutions
associated with such areas such as the Ministry of Planning,
he Ministry
of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture, in addition
o various development, energy,
sewage, and water
resources organizations and institutions.
