Bipolar junction Transistors, PNP, NPN curves. BJT biasing circuits. Field effect transistors, curves. Transconductors of FET’s. Biasing methods.

 

(AE 215) Electronics Lab

Studying the germanium and silicon diode characteristics and its  applications, Zener Diode characteristics and applications, Junction Transistor characteristics and applications such  as Amplification and switching circuits, the operational amplifier characteristics and applications such as integrator, Differentiator, the 555 timer application.
