10. sample testing for presence of virulence bacteria from food, water, human samples and let student learn by ‘Community based learning (CBL)’ that is an academic type of experiential learning which combines community service with explicit academic learning objectives, preparation for  community work and deliberate reflection.

11. cultivation of bacteria in solid media by streaking and spreading methods.

12. cultivation in broth and growth measurement + culture characteristics in solid media  .

13. selection of media for cultivation of clinical samples such as urine, throat swab, sputum, CSF, blood, stool.

14. biochemical tests: catalase, coagulase, oxidase, sugar fermentation, indole, h2s, urease, citrate.

15. isolation and identification of staphylococcus and streptococcus.
