مختبر كيمياء حيوية B+710

مختبر الكيمياء الحيوية أحد مختبرات كلية العلوم التطبيقية والتابعة لتخصص الاحياء التطبيقية، يتسع ل 15 طالب يحتوي على الأدوات والأجهزة الحديثة اللازمة لإكساب الطلبة مهارات وقدرات عملية متنوعة.

يحتوي على عدة اجهزة وادوات ومواد اللازمه ل تعليم الطلبة عدة مهارات اساسية وتخصصية  مثل : 

  1. Phlebotomy technique

  2. -Identification of blood collection tubes &preparation of blood plasma and serum

  3.  How to use Spectrophotometer device

  4. Diabetic profile tests measurement of blood glucose

  5. Measurement of serum total cholesterol, measurement of serum triglyceride (TG)

  6. Measurement of Serum LDL- C, HDL-C

  7. Liver Function Tests :  measurement of Serum ALT &AST

  8. Measurement of Serum Bilirubin (Total, direct &indirect)

  9. Measurement of Serum Creatinine , Creatinine Clearance

  10. Renal Function Tests , measurement of Serum BUN

  11. Quantitative Determination of Serum Uric Acid

  12. Quantitative Determination of Calcium (Ca++)

  13. Learn how to stain the red blood cells

تعليمات الصحة والسلامة المهنية الخاصة بالمختبر: 

  1. يجب ارتداء اللابكوت والجلفز في بعض التجارب

  2. عدم شم او تذوق المواد الكيميائية

  3. عدم دخول المختبر بدون مشرف

  4. عدم تناول الطعام والشراب بالمختبر قطعيا

  5. عدم العبث بالاجهزة بدون وجود مشرف

  6. ارجاع الادوات والمواد الى مكانها المخصص بعد الاستعمال

  7. وضع النفايات الحادة مثل الابر وعبوان لدم في صناديق مخصصه لهذا الغرض
